Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning, development, and implementation of SEO strategies on projects. Continuous monitoring of industry trends and staying on top of search engine algorithmic changes
- Develop and update internal SEO documentation
- Execute all activities related to the company’s organic search marketing strategy. Analyzing website and Develop SEO Strategy
- Create and Implement Digital Promotions (Social Media Promotions)
- Keyword Research and finding the best business opportunity
- Analyzing the backlink profile and make a backlink strategy
- Create and launch SEO campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and optimize the site’s performance and rankings in major search engines
- An SEO expert should know how to create and execute SEO strategies for different industries around the globe
- Experience with On-Page and Off-Page Optimization, link building, listings, keyword analysis, competitor analysis, Content Optimization, interlink structure design
- Manage Paid Campaigns on Google Adwords, Searcah, Display, Bing and other Ad Networks
- Manage Paid campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn and other networks
- Able to analyse new prospects PPC requirements, create analysis reports along with expected CPC, Ad budget, conversions rate, etc
- Daily monitoring and optimization of ads to make sure that we achieve our goals
- Analyze competitor ad campaigns and replicating and enhancing our clients campaigns for better results
- Direct responsibility of campaign planning and implementation, budget management, performance review, optimization and analysis for all assigned SEM Accounts
- Set up Goals, Funnels, Ecommerce tracking in Google Analytics
- Use Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other web analytical tools for successful ad campaigns
- Should have an experience of running multiple ad campaigns for different industries and hands-on experience on Search network, Display network, Remarketing, Video Marketing, etc
- Working closely with organic search team to ensure knowledge sharing as well as overall search (paid & organic) optimisation.
- Staying on top of current search engine news, trends, Pay per click practices, and emerging items of interest.
- Google AdWords certified professional would be an Add-on.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Extensive knowledge of the latest SEO trends and online marketing channels
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Self-initiative, determined, tech-savvy to the core
- Candidate Knowledge in Keyword Research, Copy Optimization, Article Marketing, site structure, URL rewrites, Meta tags, Micro Website, social media, blogging, etc., SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Website Designing, Graphic Designing
- A plus for channels such as SMO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing
- Excellent Rank Producing, On-page Off Page promotion, Link Building, Backlink Building
- Handy experience in operating various marketing tools
- Must have the ability to write content for off-page activity.
