Job Description

• Should have managed products/projects in PHP using Laravel or Zend Framework
• Involvement in HLD / LLD / UML
• Ability to interpret client needs to define, develop and execute compelling technical solutions
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS / JavaScript / JQuery / AJAX
• Good understanding of REST APIs
• Cloud Experience – Containerization, Hosting on Cloud, AWS preferably
• Strong understanding of database concepts, methodologies, source control, and bug tracking

•   Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent in Estimation, Project Planning, Resource planning skills.
• Excellent time management and experience in establishing guidelines
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of production deployment of the app in the App Store and Play Store
  
  

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards about scheduled projects
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
