Job Description:

The project is a highly technical project. Someone who has come up starting from Development will work. Not someone who has transformed from a Business Analyst to a Scrum Master

• .Net Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of application development experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Project manager in the delivery of development projects from an E2E perspective using Waterfall as well as Agile.
• Wide experience in various Agile methodologies like SCRUM.
• Has knowledge of SAFe (Scalable Agile Framework)
• Interacted extensively with the Business Team to understand and analyze the Software Requirements
• Technical Hands-on: Ability to dive into details, if needed, hands-on coding in C#, VB, ASP.Net if required
• Monitor resources for performance and act to improve/optimize their performance.
• Customized daily and weekly status reporting to various levels of project stakeholders.
• Analyzing, predicting, and documenting risks early to arrive at solutions to minimize them.
• Involved in manual testing
• Some experience in DevOps preferred
• Scrum Master certification preferred
