Job Description:
We are searching for an innovative Digital Sales Manager to generate sales on our Event platform. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects required to generate sales on the platform. Your central goal is to help grow the brand’s influence, increase brand loyalty and awareness, and drive digital marketing sales.
Your duties will include: Generating sales from the incoming digital marketing leads, generate your own sales through calls/email/networking, work with the digital marketing team to plan, implement and monitor our digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing brand lead to adjust/modify campaigns, and follow up/close sales on incoming leads. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in digital marketing sales, event management/planning experience, and has some background in social media and digital marketing. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate sales from incoming digital marketing leads, calls, emails, and networking
- Work closely with internal digital marketing teams to plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns
- Meet required sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Work with internal support team members to get registered service providers onboarded
- Report progress to Product Owner on a daily/weekly basis
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of sales experience.
- Background in some type of digital marketing or selling through digital leads.
- Experience in event management/planning
- Able to build and grow relationships with customers
- Able to walk onboarding service provider through process
- Able to help customers with questions on how to use the platform
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool
- Experience in identifying target audiences and collaborating with the digital marketing team to devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
