V2Soft in Bloomfield Hills, MI is looking to add an Executive Manager to our growing team. This is a Senior manager position who will report to the CEO, oversee onshore/offshore coordination and support to CEO functions.

• Support the CEO’s functions and direct reports regarding global operations and ensure that projects and critical items are delivered on time
• Task manager in tracking all the CEO’s tasks and making sure they are performed on time
• Support CEO in directing and managing onshore/offshore coordination for the smooth functioning of global operations.
• Ensure effective cost control on all the tasks being managed. Play an active role in managing and controlling costs and improving efficiency in all functions.
• Work with all the CEO reports in making sure all the tasks assigned by CEO are handled on time.
• Support any and all CEO functions
• Work closely with Leadership team to make sure action on critical items from leadership team are handled timely under CEO direction
• Will take a role of a Task manager in managing, organizing, prioritizing and executing tasks.
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics working with CEO
• Coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a task, from initiation to closure, under direction of CEO

Requirements:

• 5 year’s work experience with offshore teams, project management, and global operations
• 3 year’s experience working in an IT environment preferred, specifically with teams offshore
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred
• Must have experience managing global operations/support to CEO
• Excellent organizing, prioritizing, task management skills
• Excellent leadership skills and working with limited supervision
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Great communication skills especially in the area of diplomacy
